Foreo Luna mini | Review

I wanted to do a post about the Foreo Luna mini for a long time, but I first needed to test it out properly. So here it is my review about the Foreo Luna mini.

First I need to tell you something about my skin type. I mainly have dry skin, especially during the autumn and winter months. Sometimes I can get a bit oily in my T-zone and my skin is acne prone.

The Foreo Luna mini is about as big as the palm of my hand. It has little soft silicone bristles on one side and slightly bigger bristles on the back. This cleansing device has a silicone brush head, which doesn’t need to be changed and is easy to clean. The battery is very long lasting! I only had to charge it for the first time after 5 months! The Foreo Luna mini has a timer which tells you when you need to cleanse another area of your face. The whole routine takes about 1 minute and every 15 seconds it tells you to change area by vibrating. If you want to know more details check the website here.

I use the Foreo Luna mini every evening in the shower, while I cleanse my face. First I take off my makeup with an oil cleanser. After that I’ll use the Foreo Luna mini and a cleanser for a second cleanse. When I first started using the Luna I used the cleanser that came free with the device. I really liked the day cleanser, but not so much the night one. The day cleanser made my skin feel very soft and clean, while I felt like the night cleanser didn’t do anything at all. Now I use the First Aid Beauty face cleanser and I found out that for me the Luna works best with foaming cleansers.

After all the information about the Luna and how I use it, here are my final thoughts. I love this cleansing device and I can’t live without it. After using it for a couple of weeks I saw a big difference in my skin. It was less irritated and less likely to break out. My skin also looked more even and less textured. Like I said before the lasting power of the battery is amazing. I which every electric tooth brush had such a battery lasting power! And I definitely recommend this cleansing device! If you’re still unsure about it you can also buy the Foreo Luna Play and try it out first!

Love to hear your thoughts on the Luna mini!

    1. If you want I have some additional information: The Foreo Luna play (which you can’t recharge) is the cheapest (39 euro). And the Foreo Luna Mini is about 99 euro. You can check all the devices out at: Oh and although it might look like it, this isn’t a sponsored post. I’m just really enthusiastic about the Foreo Luna 🙂

  1. Oooo! I never seen anything like this but it looks good. I usually use a sponge but I find the sponge can harbor bacteria. This is a great alternative.
