Brand review | Simple

Ever since I started watching UK beauty Youtubers I’ve heard them talk about Simple. I’ve heard so many good things about the brand, so when it finally launched in The Netherlands I was so excited. They are available in Boots and Superdrug in the UK, but now they are also available in Kruidvat!

The products

The products that they make are very basic and affordable. In The Netherlands they only have their Kind to Skin range available, with a limited amount of products. You can buy cleansers, moisturisers, face wipes and since a couple of months they also have their sheet masks available!

Though, in the UK they also expand their product range with a couple of other ranges: Water Boost range for hydration, Regeneration Age range for mature skin and Clear Skin/Spotless Skin for acne prone skin. Besides that they have much more products available in the UK, so if you’re ever there take a look in Boots or Superdrug to find some lovely products.

My favourite

My favourite product out of all the products I’ve tried is the Kind to Skin Hydrating Cleansing Oil, which is not available in The Netherlands. But I really hope they’ll start selling it soon! This product really takes off your makeup with no effort at all. I use this one in the shower as my first cleanse and I’m very pleased with it! I’ve tried a lot of cleansing oils in the past both expensive and affordable, though I think this is one of the best I’ve tried so far!

I’ve also tried the Kind to Skin Moisturising Face Wash, which is a really nice basic cleanser! Their cleansing facial wipes are an absolute staple in the Simple range. I really love their wipes, because they are very convenient and affordable. I’ve also tried their Eye Balm, which is a very nice and basic eye cream. Though this one is also not available in The Netherlands and I hope they are also going to sell soon! And the last product I’ve tried is new in The Netherlands, which is their Rich Moisturising Sheet Mask. I really liked this sheet mask and it really moisturised my skin. The next morning my skin felt really soft and hydrated.

What do I think?

I think Simple is a very nice affordable skincare brand. Since I’ve only tried their Kind to Skin range I can only say something about those products. I think you can’t go wrong with the Kind to Skin range, since those products are very basic. I think it’s nice that they brought out more ranges tailored towards specific skin type and skin concerns. I really hope they are going to expand the amount of Simple products in The Netherlands soon, so I can try more of their products. Or I just have to visit the UK soon and pick up some of the products that I want to try out.

I’m wondering if you have ever tried Simple products yourself! Please let me know in the comments below! And I’m really curious to try out their Water Boost range myself!
