Complete an outfit with a Daniel Wellington watch!

I never leave the house without any jewellery, more specifically a watch around my wrist. Do you know the feeling that you’re on your way to work and find out you forgot to put on your watch? I always feel kind of naked whenever I discover that! One of my favourite watch brand is Daniel Wellington and I’m very proud to say that I had the opportunity to work with them twice already. The last glow of summer campaign was the last one and as usual they have a generous discount lined up for you! More about that later, because first I’m going to tell you how I complete an outfit with a Daniel Wellington watch!

The outfit

Whenever I want the jewellery to be the eye-catcher of an outfit I make sure that the clothes I choose are very minimalistic. The strap of this watch is a brown leather one, so I chose for a more late summer/early Autumn appropriate look. So for this look I chose to combine a light denim jeans from H&M together with an almost plain white shirt from Pretty Little Thing. To stay in the casual vibes I paired these pieces with a pair of Aldo white trainers, C&A pink suede jacket and a New Look Gucci inspired belt. I kept the colour pallet very light, so it allows the watch to be the eye-catcher.

The watch

As I already said in the beginning I wanted the watch to be the statement piece of this outfit. The Classic Petite St Mawes* watch itself is very minimalistic and classic, so I wanted to feature these aspects in the look as well. You could also pair this watch with a bracelet from Daniel Wellington, which you can see in my previous post about the Daniel Wellington accessories. As you might know I already have a Daniel Wellington watch with a metal strap, which is why this time I went for a leather strap watch. Did you know you can easily change the straps of the Daniel Wellington watches yourself?

Last glow of summer

During the last glow of summer campaign you can now get 50% discount on a bracelet if you purchase it together with a Daniel Wellington watch! How amazing is that! And I’m going to tell you sometime that is even better! If you use my discount code actuallyanna you get an additional 15% discount, which you can use on the entire collection! Amazing isn’t it?!

Let me know if you also own Daniel Wellington piece(s) and if you love them as much as I do? If not what’s your favourite jewellery or watch brand?

Iโ€™ve always seen Daniel Wellington watches floating around my Instagram and I just love how classic they are! I love how casual your outfit is to bring the sole focus on the watch, the pink jacket is the perfect type of pastel-pink. I donโ€™t have a favorite piece of jewelry but the only thing I never take off is my RoadID ๐Ÿ™‚
