If you’ve been following my blog for a while now you know that I’ve tried some Louis Widmer products in the past. Most of them, or actually all of them were skincare products. So when I saw that they now came out with Remederm body care products, tailored towards dry skin, I was sold.
The new Remederm line from Louis Widmer is tailored toward intense hydration, which is exactly what my skin needs in the winter. The products in this line are all infused with moisturising ingredients like jojoba oil, almond oil, sunflower oil, basically all the oils that you skin likes. Another fun fact is that all the products also contain Ureum, which helps to repair the natural moisture levels in your skin.
Remaderm Shower Oil
So I’ve been testing the Louis Widmer Remederm Shower Oil* and I have to say this one is amazing! Sometimes when you try a shower oil it leaves a greasy residu on your skin or it hydrates but not cleanse your skin. This one doesn’t do either of that in the sense that it cleanse your skin and doesn’t leave a greasy residu on your skin! I love the fact that when I step out of the shower I already know my skin is hydrated. If you have dry or very dry skin I think you’ll love this product!
Remaderm Body Oil Spay
As I already mentioned after using the shower oil I already feel like my skin is hydrated. Although if you want some more hydration use the Louis Widmer Remederm Body Oil Spray* afterwards. I think this is one of the first body moisturisers I’ve tried that hydrate your skin and don’t leave your skin sticky for an hour! The oil sinks into your skin right after you applied it. Or that could also be due to the fact that my skin is very very dry.. Although my boyfriend also tried it and he experienced the same, so I think it’s due to the product being very good!
My conclusion about the two products I’ve tried from the Louis Widmer Remederm line is as you might expect: I’m very enthusiastic! This line is really tailored towards dry/dehydrated skin, while keeping the consistency of these products very light! I absolutely love this line and I can’t wait to hear what you think!
