You probably know Pepe Jeans as a clothing brand, but they’ve now launched their own fragrance line. The perfumes are themed around “Celebrating Life” and are absolutely amazing. Last June they’ve released these two (yes both for men and women!) fragrances and I think they did an excellent job creating them. In this post I’m going to take you through the different aspects of these fragrances: The bottle, The Scent and My opinion. Keep on reading to find out more about these amazing fragrances!
The Fragrance Bottle
First of all, can we take a moment to look at the bottle! The woman’s fragrance* is surrounded by a beautiful cocktail glass bottle. And the fragrance for men is a cute little cocktail shaker. The bottles are so beautifuly made that it’s an eye catcher in itself on your vanity. What I also like is the little references on the bottle. On top of the woman’s fragrance there’s a ‘stamp’ that says “not to be taken”, which is a reference to the old medicine cabinets we had back in the days. If you’re wondering how you need to open this bottle; just pop off the ‘glass’ bit of the cocktail glass!
According to the Pepe Jeans website the notes of the woman’s fragrance are marshmallow and almond milk. I would like to describe the scent as florally sweet. Usually I don’t like very sweet scents, but this one is sweet in a very sophisticated way!
The men’s fragrance contains notes of lavender and coffee liquor. I really love this scent on my boyfriend! I would say it smells kind of similar as the woman’s scent, but a little bit more floral.
As I can maybe tell by this post I’m very enthusiastic about this fragrances! They launched the 28th of June, so they are widely available in store and online. Of course you can get them at the Pepe Jeans Website, but also for example at The Fragrance Shop in the UK and at Douglas in The Netherlands. Last but not least they retail for 45 euros on pepejeans.com, but I already saw that they are on sale at Douglas.
