Do you remember the blogpost I wrote about the Hannah Fixing Touch? Due to that blogpost I was invited to the Hannah Coaching Center in Voorthuizen to experience the Hannah Xperience. The Hannah Xperience is known for their deep tissue massage. Not like the physiotherapist to loosen any skin stuck to your muscles but on your face to encourage the skin to product collagen. The Centre is also known for treating skin problems without help of any medicine. As you might now that one of my New Years resolutions is to be more mindful about the environment also in my skincare products. Almost all products from Hannah are vegan!
The Hannah Xperience
As I already mentioned above the Xperience was build around their famous deep tissue massage. I wasn’t sure at first what to expect, because to be honest deep tissue massages at the physiotherapist kind of hurt. I vlogged the whole day during the Hannah Xperience, so if you’re interested click here to watch the video. A brief summary would be: AMAZING! I was completely relaxed and recharged after this treatment and it didn’t hurt at all!
Hannah’s Touches
In my previous blogpost I wrote about the Hannah Fixing Touch. Recently they came out with a couple of other Touches: Brilliant Touch*, Touch of Colour* and Touch of Silk*. During the treatment they also recommend you an entire skincare routine, which of course I tried a couple of weeks to see the result. I really love the products and maybe it’s a bit weird but I also really like the scent. The Hannah products don’t contain any artificial products or scents, but they have a special scent that I like. Maybe because I associate it with the amazing relaxing treatment.
Hannah Skincare Routine
The skincare routine they recommended to me included the Sensitive Skin Lotion* in the morning to cleanse my skin. Combined with the Sparkling Spray* followed by the SebuPure Moisturiser* and the Brilliant Touch*. In the evening my Skin Coach recommenced to take my makeup off with the Cleansing Oil* in the shower. Then treat my skin with the Prepare Potion* followed by the Sparking Spray*, SebuPure Moisturiser* and the Brilliant Touch*. She also recommended their Cleansing Clay Mask* up to twice a week if my skin was having some trouble. This skincare routine really helped to calm down my skin and moistures it during the day. Even during the colder winter months, which is quite a challenge with my dry skin.
Did you ever try the Hannah Xperience in their Coaching Centre or maybe in another Salon with a certified Hannah Skin Coach? Or maybe you tried one of their products? Let me know in the comments below, which products you’d definitely try! And if you’re looking for some more natural skincare advice check out this post!
