Review | Youtubers create makeup

There are a quite a lot of Youtubers that collaborate with a makeup brand or make their own makeup collection. Tanya Burr and Fleur de Force created their own makeup line quite some time ago and ever since they did I’ve been interested to try this out. A few bits and pieces I got from Feelunique and the latest ones I got from Superdrug during my time in Edinburgh. I hope all the products are still available and if so I’ll link them for you!

Eye shadow palette in Birthday Suite

This eye shadow palette is such a nice palette for a nude look. The eye shadows have a
great color payoff, but just be careful with swirling your brush around in the pan. They can be a bit dusty! Toast and Soft Truffle make great colors for a matt and nude daytime look. With Marzipan and Cocoa Sugar you can change this look to a nude nighttime eye.

Lipstick in Birthday Cake 

This is such a great pink shade! It’s bit lighter than my usual pinky nude, so a great color for spring and summer. The formula feels nice and hydrating on the lips, which makes it really comfortable to wear.

Liquid lipstick in Martha Moo

Finally I got my hands on this one it was sold out on Feelunique for such a long time. During my time in Edinburgh I found it in Boots and I was over the moon. This color is so beautiful and very comfortable on the lips to wear. It doesn’t dry down to a full matt finish, which doesn’t make it drying. This also means that it’s not very long lasting, but I rather have this than chapped lips! (Left: Martha Moo, Right: Birthday Cake)

Cheek Illuminator in Forever Summer 

Such a subtle and beautiful highlighter! If you like a full on strobe highlighter look this probably isn’t the one for you. Personally I love a subtle glow from within highlighter look, which makes this the perfect one. I got the lightest shade, because this suits my skin tone best.

Fleur de Force

Eyeshadow palette in Lunar Rose (sold out)

I love this eye shadow palette! It has beautiful color payoff and a nice variety in purple tones. There are two matts and two shimmers, which can suite for either day and night!

Lipgloss in 060 Seeing Stars 
This lipgloss is really comfortable to wear. It isn’t to sticky and feels nursing on the lips. The color payoff surprised me when I watched this lipgloss for the first time. This peachy gloss is very opaque and has a beautiful sheen. And surprisingly I found that this gloss was quite long lasting.

A couple of days ago Fleur launched here collaboration lipstick with MAC and I wish I could get my hands on that one! Let me know if you have any other recommendations for Youtubers makeup in the comments below!
