I bought these cute mini liquid lipsticks during Black Friday, but when they arrived I thought that the colors wouldn’t suit me well. Until two weeks ago when I rediscovered them and gave them a second chance. This was quite successful and I got a lot of compliments on my lipstick when I was wearing it. For me, the colors are quite out there, since I normally wear nude ‘my lips but better’ lipstick shades on my lips.
Stila Stay all day liquid lipstick
The Stila stay all day liquid lipstick is one of the first liquid lipstick I’ve ever tried. I’ve heard a lot about them and wanted to try it out for myself. The formula of these is not overly drying on your lips and it dries down completely mat. It does have an intense vanilla-like scent, but when you apply it to your lips the scent is gone.
As the name suggests these lipsticks stay almost all day and wear beautifully. Later in the post, there will be Stila all day liquid lipstick swatches. When I applied the liquid lipstick at eight in the morning, the first touch-up I needed to do was long past lunchtime. Even when I eat and drink in between it doesn’t come off!
The lipstick set with three mini liquid lipsticks comes in two different shade selections. The one I bought is ‘Naturally Nude’ (linked similar) and the other set is called ‘Bright and Bold’. You get three mini versions of the lipsticks, which are awesome for traveling or pop in your handbag. I’ll show you the stila stay all day liquid lipstick swatches next!

So finally we have come to the part where I’ll be talking about the Stila Stay All Day liquid lipstick swatches!
The top color is ‘Perla’, which is a dusty pink with a lilac undertone. On my skin tone, this is a beautiful nude and the least ‘bold’ one out of the three.
‘Patina’ is the second top color and is a deeper pink with a brown undertone. In the tube, this one looks pink, but my experience is that it dries up much more brown nude.
The last one of the Stila liquid lipstick swatches is ‘Serenata’. This is a light brown chocolaty color, with a slight pink undertone. On my fair skin, this shows up as a dark brown, darker than it looks like in the tube.

Stila stay all day lipstick review
In my experience these colors dry up a little darker compared to the color in the tube. My skin tone is pretty fair, so these colors are quite out there for me. If you have a deeper skin tone I think these will be beautiful nudes. I wear ‘Perla’ and ‘Patina’ the most, because I think these suites me best.
