The slow juices and soups of Blend New Day

This week I was kindly send the introduction box by the brand Blend New Day. This box contained 4 of their juices and 1 bottle of their soups. They sell three kind of juices: full slow juices, sweet slow juices and pure slow juices. The sweet slow juices have a combination of both fruit and vegetables in them and tend to tast more sweet. Their full slow juices contain mainly vegetables and a little bit of fruit to finish it off. Finally the pure slow juices have only vegetables inside them. Besides juices they also offer a beauty or fitness detox plan for either 3 or 5 days. And last but not least they have pre-made soups, which are lactose free, gluten free and vegan.

How does it work?

All their juices are made in a slow juicer, which is just pure juice with nothing added. In every bottle there is 400 grams of fruit and/or vegetables. The juices are frozen after they’re bottled, which make them prevent from going out of date too quickly. You can keep them in the fridge and defrost them in warm water when you want to drink them, which takes about 15 minutes. Or keep them in the fridge and let them defrost on their own. This takes about 12 hours and they’ll stay in date for 3 days after they defrost.

Besides containing about 400 grams of fruits and/or veggies, the juices have a lot of health benefits like an energy boost, detox your cells, better looking skin and much more. The vegetables and fruit inside the juices are all organic and they produce all their juices using green power.

My opinion?

I think these juices are a wonderful way to get your recommended veggies intake per day. They taste delicious and have lot’s of health benefits. Blend New Day also offers such a wide variety of different juices, so there is one for everyone’s taste. I’m equally or maybe more excited about their pre-made soups. They taste delicious and are very convenient to take to work or juist on the go. I’m very excited about this brand and their products. They might seem a little expensive, but I really think it’s worth it!
