As you might know I’ve been looking for the perfect eye cream for a while now and I thought it was about time I’d write a blogpost about my findings! Here are my top 4 eye creams to use in your 20’s! But first of all let me tell you something about the journey of finding my perfect eye cream.
The journey of the eye creams
So since I’m currently just 27 you might wonder why I even bother with eye creams. Well, I have been told that even though you don’t have any wrinkles yet treating your eye area to a good eye cream is very important. It apparently helps to prevent wrinkles in the first place, which is a plus in my opinion. Besides that I have very dry skin and also very dry under eyes. So if I don’t use a good moisturising eye cream my makeup is going to crease in the dry lines underneath my eyes. Keep on reading if you want to know more about my recent best eye cream discoveries!

Weleda Wild Roses Eye Cream
As you might know I was a Weleda ambassador in 2019, which allowed me to try out lots of there products including. The Weleda skin food range might be one of their most famous ones, but they also have lots of other ranges including the Wild Roses range. The Weleda Wild Roses Eye Cream* is perfect if you’re in your 20’s and want to start treating your eye area a little bit more. Wild Roses are also known for really noising your skin and this is quite an inexpensive eye cream! Also Weleda is such a beautiful green beauty brand, which fits perfectly within my New Years resolutions to become more consious! If you want to read more about the Weleda skin care, read my post about the Weleda winter favourites!

Dermasense Eye Cream
I recently came into contact with the brand Dermasense, which is a German brand that focusses on using plant extracts in their products. The first cream that I tried of them is the Dermasense Eye Cream*. This product is in the same price range as the Weleda one. Therefore this one is also quite an inexpensive eye cream. The consistency is quite thick, so you only need the smallest amount. I find that one pump is way too much! When you warm this cream up in between your fingers you can really carefully massage this into your skin.

Dermasense Chrono Retare Eye Cream
As I already mentioned I tried two of the Dermasense products and the other cream is the Dermasense Chrono Retare Eye Cream*. This one is slightly more expensive compared to the previous ones, but still affordable considering this is not a basic eye cream. The Chrono Retare contains caffeine, which is perfect for the puffy under eye area in the morning! I love to use this eye cream in the morning and wait a little before applying my makeup on top of it! The consistency of this one is exactly the same as the other cream from Dermasense.

Kiehl’s Avocado Eye Cream
Kiehl’s skin care is known for lots of staple products like the Kiehl’s midnight recovery serum, which is one of my staple products. The last product is quite a special one, because this is a special edition of the Kiehl’s Avocado Eye Cream*. The Kiehl’s avocado eye cream is perfect for treating dry under eyes. This cream has a thicker consistency compared to the other creams. But after warming it up in between your fingers you can really treat your under eyes area with this cream. This product is definitely a beauty buy and the most expensive one in this post. I think this is an amazing beauty product and even more special with this limited Kiehl’s Loves Amsterdam packaging!
So these are my top 4 eye creams to start with in your 20’s. No, you don’t need any weird or expensive devices to keep your skin away from wrinkles. Especially when you’re still in your 20’s! I hope you loved reading about these beautiful beauty products and let me know which one is your fave!
